Technology update

score. I am finally the owner of the new iphone 4! in other words I will from now on be twittering my ass off.. so you can follow me for in-between updates on necessary and less necessary things... aaaaaah the iphone 4 colors and picture quality is so gooood it makes my cry haha.

Reinventing the shirt as skirt as I did here. I dig adding flannel shirts to, well - every outfit... here I just buttoned it in the front and wrapped the sleeves... nice and easy old-school. as for the shoes... sorry but you might see them a lot here in the future.. they are sooooo comfy, I wear the everywhere I go. The dress is from weekday that just landed in finland, love it to bits as well.. It’s meant to be tight fitting but I got a few sizes bigger for a looser fit..

MAGAZINE !!! Fabulous Gift from Faboulous Friend from Fabulous Country

Absolutely, I am a magazine reader, fashion magazine reader. 

I always try to get any different magazine from another country. Though sometimes I can't read it at all because of the foreign language and foreign letters. Enjoying and appreciate the fashion spread, the portofolio and the editorial are exciting.

HAIDER ACKERMANN Spring 2011 Ready To Wear : Super Stunning!

This one, i think is the best from Paris Fashion Week. Haider Ackermann collection are stunning, beautiful, and shocking. The colors combination, the fabrics combination, and the style are gorgeous! How he combine soft material like silk with leather are awesome. The detail so catchy.

HARI BATIK NASIONAL

2 Oktober telah ditetapin sebagai Hari Batik Nasional, mengiringi pengakuan UNESCO tentang batik sebagai warisan budaya darr Indobnesia. 

Tapi tampak nya hal itu hanya sekeder euphoria belaka saja. 

Tahun 2010 ini, sepi perayaan, orang2 mulai malas pakai batik lagi tampak nya. Mau tau alasan nya? Simple, beberapa menjawab "Tanggal 2 pas hari sabtu seh, kan libur, ngapain pake batik." 

See... memang kebanyakan pakai batik karena jd seragam wajib di kantor atau kampus ya.. walaupun saya masih yakin, besar juga jumlah orang yg memang benar-benar CINTA BATIK.

Apakah kita akan selalu mengabaikan warisan budaya luhur nan indah ini? Apakah kita selalu "kurang" bangga memakainya? Apakah kita baru terbakar saat tetangga sebelah mengklaim jd milik mereka? 

Ah.. teman, ayolah... PAKAI KEBANGGAAN MU!
