Architectural cuts, symmetrical checks, gorgeously unpractical hiking boots plus any brilliant iphone case by Weston is pretty much exactly what’s on my wish list this October.
In this month's, October 2012, Harper's Bazaar I was so happy when flipping through to see a beautiful editorial modeled by Daphne Groeneveld, photographed by Nathaniel Goldberg, and styled by Clare Richardson. The pictures are absolutely stunning and the color used most is blue, which I think goes really well with Daphne! I hope you like the pictures as much as I do:
We already saw this get-up earlier here, but a few extras close up. I love this Anton Heunis necklace that seems to fit almost everything I own. I’m also a bit surprised I’ve been able to go without a staple breton stripe knit for so long, from now on I’m craving this one.
I was never a fan of Juicy, I never knew what it was but I just never liked it. But Karlie Kloss started to model for Juicy Couture (fall 2012) and all of a sudden the clothes started to look amazing! And I am now a fan. Here are some of her amazing pictures, I'm sure you'll love them too!
I think these pictures are absolutely stunning and really make me want to run to Juicy and pick up some of those shoes, jeans, skirts, shirts, and just about everything! Again, Karlie Kloss has done an amazing job at modeling. I love the first, second, and fourth picture especially because it shows the movement of the clothing, I'm a huge fan of movement shots. And her facial expression in the last picture and the way her hair is flipping makes the outfit even more edgy and cool! I actually think I'm gonna head to Juicy to pick up that skirt in the second picture, it looks so cute! Love it :)
In addition to her amazing shots, she also starred in their campaign video, which I think is so amazing!! Check it out:
Tell me what you think about Juicy and Karlie Kloss!
Company Magazines first Street Style Edit with me on the cover.. ehrm it did not really hit me until I saw myself on the magazine stand. So a huge thank you to the whole team for the appreciation. With all the talk around how bloggers and publications compete these days, it’s pretty great to see that Company is setting an example of how we both work together.
So for my story, we shot five outfits and ended the day with a lovely interview that I thought I’ll share with you too. At this point I’m slightly bias, but I would have to say that the magazine sums up so perfectly those numerous hours of blog browsing and represents quite accurately all the images saved in my inspiration folders. A mag worth every penny.
