Givenchy Spring/Summer 2014 Menswear

I called it techno-tribal, when I saw Riccardo Tisci menswear collection for the first time. His design for Givenchy always a show-stopper and most anticipated in menswear section. I love how Tisci using bright primary colors; red, blue, black and white in runway.
The tribal essence is just like a perfect combination of African and native American meets outer space machinery images. The face painting on models, create a superb ambiance in runways. While the silhouette still have a same direction from the last season.
Tisci formula in menswear include slim and precise suit, sportswear with shorts over legging combine with sweaters or parka as a tops, skate and rugby culture are dominated, and multi-layered tunic, shorts/pants, shirts, and outer. This season, man's skirt are absent but once more, i love his stripes!
